DECISION
Being given :
Article 128 of the code of the public naval Law
-The declaration of naval blockade on behalf of the State of Israel in the maritime area of Gaza and the declaration of the Israeli authorities as for the use of violence if and against all those which will try to break the blockade Imminent risks for the life and safety just like the risk of compromising of the maritime free circulation which this blockade would have like consequence the attempt to break
-The letter dating from May 24, 2011 of the general secretary of the United Nations to the Greek Minister for the foreign affairs, in which he asks near the Member States of the UN, especially with the state which have access to the Mediterranean, to use of their influence to discourage the realization of this kind of operations, which risk to cause it an escalation of violence
- The need to defend the national interests
WE DECIDE
To prohibit the departure of the boats under Hellenic or foreign flag, since the Greek ports, having, like destination the band under maritime blockade of Gaza.

In case of war or intensity of international relations, the skipper (captain of the boat) obeys to the orders given by the Minister, in order to protect the national interest ( safety) or the security of the sea itinerary.
